R6 is indicated for acute feverish inflammations of the fibrous tissues and the serous membranes especially during influenza (a viral epidemic affecting respiratory system). Symptoms include pain in the limbs, feel like bowing down, dull headaches, restlessness, dry and burning skin, acute pains. Acts on the inflammation of the mucosa of the upper air-passages, nose & pharynx (rhinopharyngitis), influenza bronchitis, pneumonia, sharp pain while breathing (pleurisy), pericarditis (inflammation of the membrane enclosing the heart), peritonitis (inflammation of the membrane enclosing the abdomen).
